Ribeye Steak
(or Any Steak)
THAW Steaks SLOWLY in refrigerator.

Season with your favorite seasoning on both sides for 30 mins or longer prior to cooking.
My go to seasoning is McCormick's Montreal Steak.

Preheat Grill appropriately to 400 degrees or so.
I like indirect heat, like a Traeger or use side burners on propane.
​
Place steaks to avoid flare ups. Cook on each side for about 7-8 minutes until reaching your desired cooked temp.
