Low-Carb Lamb Burgers

1lb Ground Lamb
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1T reduced sodium soy sauce
¼ teaspoon each salt & pepper
1T avocado or vegetable oil
1/3 cup feta cheese
Sliced tomatoes, cucumbers & radish
Mix together lamb, onion, soy sauce, salt and pepper in a bowl. Shape into (4) 3 ½” patties.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat, cook patties 5-8 minutes per side. 160*
Serve on lettuce leaves sprinkled with feta and garnished with tomatoes, cucumbers and radish.
